Mission skates, a popular inline skate brand, suggests that you ‘bake’ their skates in a specially designed oven. All you do is put your skates in there for 5-7 minutes, then put them on and lace them tight. If you stay in them for ten minutes or so, they should mold to your feet. I’m sure you can do the same thing with Bauer skates as long as you consult someone who sells them. Most sporting good stores who sell inline equipment and inline pro-shops have the special ovens, and should let you use them. If you can’t find one, then I’ve heard of people just putting skates in the oven at home for a few minutes instead.
