Well if you have your ID with you, you probably could, IF they have that information at the bank. I used to bank with a big bank and for that kind of stuff you always had to call the 1-800 number. Halifax is pretty big so try calling their toll free number and doing it right now. You will probably need to know the answers to the security questions and have you social security number and all that. I bank with a small bank now and you can do all that stuff at any branch if you have your ID with you and can verify your account information (like date and amount of last deposit). If you are going into the bank, why don’t you just withdraw money from your account while you are there? If youre only 15 they may not let you do anything with your account since youre below the age of majority (not a legal adult and therefore not legally able to have your own bank account). Did your parents cosign on the account? If so just let them deal with it.
