Can I get my moral back to neutral form evil, or bad?
Sure you can: you have a few options here, you can either wait for it to change back (this takes usually about 5 levels and is slow) while helping it out by doing quests and helping other people. Or you can use Holy water which will instantly change your moral back (you may need two, 2 for evil 1 for bad back to neutral). Holy water can drop from simple things like dire-wolfs, but it is extremely rare, or you can buy if from some people; again it is really expensive, retails for about 4-5k. You can NOT buy holy water in any NPC shop.
