Can i get my midwife to do membrane sweep early?

0

I had sciatica with my son and my doctor refused to do a membrane sweep.and i was 37 weeks now i did end up being induced only because I had Preeclampsia You might want to talk it over with your midwife, but being 35 weeks i highly doubt that it will go as smoothly as you would like, but it won’t hurt to ask, maybe try to stay pregnant(which is know is hard especially the last 5+ weeks) until 37ish weeks and then explain to the midwife that you are concerned about child care arrangements for your other children and maybe see about having a scheduled induction.this way you know the time and date so you can plan on having child care for that specific date.
