Can I get into the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign)?

The University of Illinois system will only accept up to 60 hours of transfer credit. If all 64 credits are transferred in at equal hours, you’ll actually need 124 hours to graduate instead of 120. You’ll high school record/ACT scores will not be asked for if you are considered to be a transfer student. It will come down to grades. It is very hard to transfer into the UIUC College of Engineering. Almost all the transfer students are current UIUC students, and there are a handful of UIC students. You’ll have 3rd priority in terms of being able to transfer. 1st priority belongs to current UIUC students, 2nd priority goes to current UIC/UIS students, 3rd priority goes to IL residents, and 4th priority goes to everyone else.
