Can I get into PowerPathway or get a job if I have been convicted of a felony?

At minimum, you must pass a criminal check and a general background check with no record of a felony or criminal probation to participate in the PowerPathway Program. Although the existence of a criminal conviction record does not automatically disqualify a person from consideration for the PowerPathway program, it is one of the factors that will be reviewed along with the nature and date of the criminal offence(s). NOTE: Applicants for employment at PG&E will undergo additional background checks and a drug test.
