I highly doubt if Oxford care about your GCSEs as long as you have a grade C in Maths and English and I see you’ve done better than that. You will have to work SUPER HARD though and do the IB very well if you want to get straight A*s at A Level (or whatever the IB equivalent is) because Oxford will want straight A*s at A Level for a Uni place there.
