You can definitely get into a really good college from a CC, like Virginia, UNC and since you mentioned it, Binghamton. If your sights are set on Binghamton, you should contact your local CC because there’s a good chance that your CC will have some sort of Articulation Agreement that guarantees you admission into Binghamton as long as your GPA is equal to or above a certain GPA (it’s usually like a 3.2 or 3.4). Now if you want to go to a better college, you still have a pretty good chance at getting accepted from a CC. For UNC (usually ranked in the high 20s, low 30s), you only need a 3.6 to be competitive from a CC. For UVA(usually ranked around 25), you’ll need at least a 3.7, but probably closer to a 3.8.
