If you wish to obtain hard copies of Adherence Letters, each Adherence Letter posted on ISDA’s web site will include a contact name and contact details for the person who can send them such documents. In special circumstances only (e.g., in litigation, when properly subpoenaed by a court of law), ISDA can provide certified copies of the documents held.
