Ericsson sells commercial Erlang support (tested binaries, help with porting, printed manuals, somewhere to turn to when a problem crops up, consulting). The support mail address for paid-up users is support@erlang.ericsson.se. Remember to put your licence ID in the subject line. A couple of the consulting companies provide support and training courses: Erlang-consulting.com and Sjoland and Thyselius.
