Yes, failure to ship an item after confirming a swap will result in you being scored (negative) -1. If this happens three times, your membership will be cancelled. If the “General Terms & Conditions” of Swap@Home are disregarded or our online community is misused in any way, your membership will be withdrawn. If this occurs, any coupons in your account will be cancelled instantly with no redemption possible.
