Can i get Australian working visa with convictions for theft (minor shoplifting)?
It all depends on where u are from, Im from Ireland and i know here if u were brought court and got fined or commuinty work or anything else of that sorts it will be recorded as a conviction and that u would not be allowed into Australia or the USA but if u got a probation then u can travel any where as it is not recorded and not known as a conviction.
