I don’t think they will get you arrested no however I think you should be disgusted with yourself for speaking to another human in that manner. I work in customer services and get abuse thrown at me by idiots like you on a daily basis. I never lie to customers, I pride myself with giving my absoloute best and never lying even if the customer won’t like what I have to say and I get just as angry as you when other people within my company blatently lie to customers to get them off the phone and I completely understand your frustration… however i frequently get abuse thrown at me by some thoughtless twa*s who think its acceptable to take other peoples screw ups out on me. The best policy, no matter what has happened is to treat every person as a human being, speak to them as you would wish someone would speak to your mother, If i am mad when I get through to someone I say “I am very angry but appreciate that this is not your fault so am sorry if I sound atal frustrated during the call”
