No. All Hbc Rewards members must be 18 years of age to participate in the program. Hbc Rewards has, however, many rewards available for your whole family including baby needs, toys, electronics, coupons, etc. See the the current issue of the Hbc Rewards Catalogue 2007/2008 (released in September 2007) for the complete Hbc Rewards selection.
