Yes. Energy evaluations are a great investment in your home. The Government of Canada continues to encourage homeowners to have home energy evaluations so that they can identify best opportunities for energy efficiency improvements, improve their home’s energy performance and receive an EnerGuide rating label. Certain provinces and cities are considering legislation requiring an energy evaluation through a licensed service organization and obtaining a label before selling a home.
