Can i get Air soft rifle with out licese?
No, Airsoft is pretty much illegal in Australia. You CAN own an *air-rifle*; BUT you require a Class A Firearms Licence and membership of a rifle club, proof you compete in competitions with your nominated club etc. They are going to be single-shot also. You cannot just go out into the bush & ‘plink’ away either…you can only use it on a registered rifle range under proper supervision. We are nothing like the US in this. But that’s NOT *airsoft*; which looks almost identical to a ‘real’ firearm and can shoot projectiles like bb (ball bearings). This capacity for mistaking them for real guns, plus their semi-auto & automatic function is what makes airsoft illegal here. I think this is what you were talking about – Check this out; from wikipedia airsoft legalities: Australia Airsoft guns are illegal to own or possess without appropriate license or permit in most states of Australia under state and federal law. Each Australian state has slightly different regulations on airsoft replicas.
