Can I get accepted directly into the PhD program with a Bachelors degree?

Not likely. Stanford ME requires that students that want to earn a PhD do a MS degree first before being accepted into the PhD program. When you apply, you apply for the MS degree, and indicate your interest in a PhD on the application. However, you will still need to apply separately to the PhD program later on in your Stanford career. It is very difficult to shortcut this process and not earn an MS degree.
