Can I get a refund or exchange on a Weekly TravelPass?
If your TravelPass does not work properly in the ticket machines, then you should check with the driver that your ticket is valid for that trip. If it is the correct ticket, but still does not work, then exchange is not necessary, as the ticket should be printed with an expiry date on the reverse side upon first use. A weekly TravelPass ticket may be used as a flash pass (shown to the driver on each subsequent trip until the ticket is no longer valid). If a refund is sought on a Weekly TravelPasses, it is calculated on the basis of 25% of the original cost being deducted for each day the ticket was validated. Accordingly, no refund is due on any ticket that is more than three days old. Any part of one day counts as a full day.
