Can I get a refund for my InterRail Pass?
It is possible to apply for a refund of your InterRail Pass that has been bought at InterRailNet.com. A refund can be granted on a unused InterRail Pass, which is returned before its first day of validity. In case of a request after the first day of validity, a refund can only be granted if: – the Pass has been stamped ‘NOT USED’ by railway staff before or on the first day of validity and if – we received your refund request it within 1 month after the last day of validity of the Pass. No request can be accepted after this period! All refunds are subject to a 15% cancellation charge. Partially used or validated passes are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service for instructions on how to return your Pass and ask for a refund. We will only handle refund requests for Passes ordered at InterRailNet.com.
