Can I get a refund after purchasing fine art from Artistic Photo Expression?
[We essentially provide our fine art free-of-charge to benefit qualified charities. Once the art has been delivered and the charity receives the donation the transaction has been completed. Returns of your donations to charity remain with the charity as no proceeds of your donation ever go to Artistic Photo Expression. The only exception to this may be if you reimburse us our cost in purchasing a frame for the piece of art you select.
