Yes, how much you owe doesnt matter. For those that owe a lot of money, the MoneyCard is the best way, perhaps the only way, to have all the valuable benefits of a credit card but without having to credit qualify. And, importantly, you do not have the risk of going further into debt. For those that do not owe money, its great too because there is no risk of going into debt, hurting your credit, or getting in over your head.
