Can i get a Job in France?
If you’re American, it can be difficult to find a job in France, since employers often prefer to hire people who can legally work in France. It’s still possible, though, provided you are flexible about your employment goals. I’d recommend looking into the French government’s Teaching Assistantship program, which places Americans and other native English speakers into public schools throughout France. This program requires 12 hours of paid teaching per week, and assistants are also allowed to hold second jobs. (See the link below for more information on this program). It might also be helpful to check newspapers like FUSAC (an Anglophone classified ad newspaper in Paris) and websites like Craigslist for openings more tailored to your specific field.
