If you dont have the standard financial documentation then you can apply with our Low Doc loans. All you do is go through the normal application process and confirm your income through an income declaration. That’s it. “Low Doc” loans are available to self-employed people who have a good credit history and a current ABN. These loans can be used for residential property and personal investments.
