Can I get a fridge, freezer or window air conditioning unit picked up with bulk pickups?
These appliances can only be collected if a certified technician has removed the coolant unit and placed a sticker on the unit stating this has been removed. This applies to all appliances that have coolants, regardless of whether or not the unit still works. This is an EPA rule and cannot be waived by the Town. Fridges, freezers and AC units left at the curb without this sticker will not be collected and the property owner/resident will be notified.
