Can I get a FHA loan with no rental history and a recently opened checking account?

0

We were pre-approved for 130,000. We have 6,000 down from my husband’s 401K. We just recently opened a checking account. I seen FHA requires 12 months rental history. We have been staying in a friend’s house rent-free since October, and before that with relatives. Can we still get approved without the rental history and a checking account that we just opened 1 week ago?
