Nope, she has to be your wife to obtain a military dependent card. She will also not receive health insurance either. However, your child together will receive insurance with no prob.

Unless you are married you will NOT get a dependent ID card

no. Only authorized dependents are allowed an ID card. Until you are married, you cannot get an ID card. the child will be covered once it is born.
