Can I get a copy of my previous years Income tax return if yes then how?
well there are no provisions under the law that u can ask for a copy of the tax return…but however u can get a copy… ask ur CA to approach the IT department of ur jurisdiction…u shud have something like the recipt number issued to you…else it wud be very diffcult to trace ur return…even if u have submitted ur return alongwith ur friend or colleague u shdu know that it shud be somewhere with his nos…in short…u need some refernce…
