Can I get a business license for a home occupation without having a commercial location?
Yes, all home occupation business license applications have to be approved by the Planning and Development Office. Home occupations cannot be a storefront type business nor can your clientele come to your home to shop or receive services. All sales or services must be provided or delivered to your clientele. Yard sales are only allowable for residential areas and not commercially owned businesses.
