Can I get a breakdown of my community by age for the hispanic and non-hispanic population?
See the previous question/answer. The web application that lets you extract data for specific age ranges, also lets you do so with detail by sex, race and hispanic origin. The only limitation is that your community must be comprised of counties. There are no such detailed estimates available for smaller geographic units such as places (cities) or ZIP codes.
