If you enable geotagging on Twitter, set your Flickr geoprivacy to “Anyone”, and geotag your photo, the photo location will show on your tweet. If you don’t want a location shown in your tweet you can disable geotagging on Twitter or change the geo privacy on Flickr before sending the photo to Twitter. Changing the geo privacy on Flickr after a photo is sent will not take the location info off the tweet.
