It is possible to freeze PromoCell normal human cells. However, we do not recommend it because each freezing cycle leads to a loss in proliferation potential. If you want to freeze the cells, please use PromoCell CryoSFM, a serum-free freezing medium which we also use in our own cell culture lab. For detailed information click here: C-29910.
