Good Evening Lollipop, YES, You CAN freeze the ‘mixed pumpkin. I have done it that way for up to 6 months. Although, it is better if You use the mixture around the 3 to 4 month time period. What I did for my mixture was to put it into one of those ‘freezer’ containers with the snap on lid, then wrap the whole container in a layer or two of aluminum foil. Mine kept better this way.
