Can I form a partnership venture with other business partners for taking The Cradle franchisee?
You can decide to partner with anyone else for taking The Cradle franchisee. However, AHLL will assess each person individually before signing the agreement. It is also to be noted that the Franchisee Agreement is signed with a limited liability company only. Change in partners/shareholders after the signing of the agreement is restricted by the terms of the agreement.
