Can I force FCP text generator to load/reinstate the correct font?
Folks, I have a large project that uses one font. This project was edited on one computer and later opened on another computer that didn’t have the font at the time of opening the project file. As a result, Final Cut defaulted to the #Gung Seo font for all of my text. • I didn’t save the project and closed it. • I moved the correct font to the new computer (Library/Fonts) where the project will be reopened • I opened the project, and it still did not load the correct font. • I tried to open the project file in text wrangler (AKA BBedit lite) to see if I can find an key or tag or font name that I could change, or even path to a font, but that was not successful. • Now that I have the correct font on the computer, I just want the project file to load/reinstate it on my timeline rather than default to something else. I am trying to avoid having to change the font for each generator back to the font I want.
