CNTA (China National Tourism Administration) has announced a new policy to stop the one, according to which only groups of over 5 people are allowed to entry Lhasa from abroad. But the entry of the foreign visitors must be handled by CNTA appointed travel agencies, otherwise, these foreign visitors will not be allowed to enter Tibet.
