Can I fly a STAR with altitude restrictions in approach airspace?

0

A STAR ends when you contact Approach. Approach is then responsible for your altitudes and heading clearances. You can request an IAP approach, for any given type of approach and runway. IAP approaches do not have altitude restrictions, so you can fly per your chart’s altitude and headings.
