Can I finish year 9 in 2 months (summer holidays) using homeschooling online?
More details would help (why do you want to do year 9 over the summer?) but, as your question stands, no. As far as I’m aware: 1) all the online schools in the UK* follow the same school calender as regular schools so i) will be shut over the summer, and ii) don’t allow you to go at your own pace anyway – doing year 9 online still means starting in the September and finishing in July of the next year, just the same as doing year 9 would in any other school; and 2) what year you go into at school in the UK is based solely on your date of birth and not your academic level or previous achievement; so, even if it were somehow possible, ‘doing year 9’ over the summer wouldn’t make any difference to which year you go into in September. Also, because year 9 is the year in which you have to choose your GCSE options, I’m not sure too many (responsible) schools will be that impressed by your trying to rush through it in a matter of eight weeks. *I’m assuming you’re in the UK as you posted your q
