Can I file a grievence report against Pennsylvania unemployment insurance program to the Federal dept oflabor?
Jan 04, 2009 by jay | Posted in Government Q: I have been recently monochrome unemployment from masstussetts and I was told that once my claim runs out that it would automatically switch to the new extension state that president bush has made. But 3 weeks later with no check I finally called and they said that I have to put for unemployment in another state. I then call penssylvania and they tell me that I’m not eligable because I didn’t work enough and that the extension should be payed by massutusetts. I told them what Massachusetts said and it’s moral a spitting mach. I think the 2 states don’t want to take my claim because there are so many unemployed people filing and they don’t call for to spend all there money otherwise they’ll have to borrow money for the feds. How can I report this.? I recall for a fact that I’m entitled to befits I worked in 7 different states this past year and I flaming in Pa but I filed in Massachusetts because commonwealth of Pennsylvania always trys to r
