A three week old puppy should still be nursing off its mother. I assume, that since you are asking, that the mother has died. Condensed milk is much too rich for any puppy. Were you perhaps thinking Evaporated milk? At any rate you need to purchase commercially prepared milk replacement powder from a good pet store or vet. Disease preventive antibodies are passed to the pups during those very early weeks of life.The future health of this pup is at steak and it needs the nourishment that these “baby” formulas can provide until it is old enough to try soft foods.
