Can i feed my 3 month old pureed baby food?
If you think your baby can handle it, but i would wait another month. Trying new things is always exciting and there is nothing wrong with it as long as it’s within reason. You should try some rice cereal first, you can mix it with juice or formula, but make sure its not to thick. When choosing pureed baby food for a baby so small try ones that are thin, You’ll want to start with green ones first then work your way to the orange. If baby starts to choke he/she is not ready, so you can try again in a month. If baby does choke turn him/her on his/her belly and put his /her chin near you knee and your hand bracing the chin slant the baby downward and use the heel of your hand and about 1/4 the way down baby’s back pat like your trying to get a stubborn burp out. Do it a enough to make the food come out. This is a standard method of relieving choking babies.
