Can I fax my Application for Graduation form?
Yes. The graduation fee must have been paid and the receipt must be printed on the form. You can also scan the form and email it to our office to cba-gbac@csus.edu. Please make sure that all of the signatures and the receipt are clearly printed on the form. It is your responsibility to take care of these requirements before submitting the form. The GBAC will get the Associate Dean’s signature and send it to OGS for final processing.
