Can I extend the expiration date on my Cloud 9 Living Gift Card Or Gift Certificate?
Yes. To extend the life of your Experience or Gift Certificate, please contact a customer service representative at 1-866-525-6839. Extensions must be requested prior to your original expiration date. All extensions will be subject to a $25 administrative fee and can be extended for a period of 3 months from the original expiration date. Your Experience or Gift Certificate will be converted to a monetary amount (based on the value of the original purchase) and you will be able to apply that amount towards the booking of any active experience listed on www.cloud9living.com.
