Can I extend the duration of the contract for short periods of time?
In general, Online Properties do not allow extensions of the duration of a contract. However, under certain circumstances, such extensions are allowed as long as the client gives notification of the wish to extend at least one month in advance. A possible scenario that the client may be a student whose examinations finish one or two weeks after finalization of the rental contract. In such cases, Online Properties will endeavour whenever possible to assist the client who experiences such circumstances. In other scenarios, a client who wishes to extend the duration of a contract should inform Online Properties who will draw up a new rental contract.
