Can I exercise while on the hCG Weight Loss Protocol?
The only exercise that we recommend is a 30 to 40 minute walk each day. You should not work up a sweat or breathe hard. If you find it difficult to carry on a normal conversation you are working too hard. The reason that we do not want to exercise while on the hCG Weight Loss program is because it is hard for your body to break down and convert white fat to energy than it is for your body to convert brown (healthy) fat to energy. When doing strenuous exercise, you will burn the nutrients out of your blood stream in about 20 minutes. The body will not be able to break down the white fat fast enough to meet your body’s energy demand, so it will turn to the brown fat and begin to use it. Once this happens you will get hungry and your weight loss will stop.
