Can I exchange or return something I order online at a Lacoste boutique?
Please feel free to exchange or return items you’ve ordered online (excluding shoes) at a Lacoste boutique (non-outlet) near you. If you are not located near a Lacoste boutique, the exchange/return process is still very easy. Please read our Return/Exchange Procedure for specific instructions. Additionally, you’ll find all of the information you need to do an exchange or return on the invoice you received with your purchase, as well as a prepaid return label. Please note: All purchases of shoes must be returned by mail. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of shoes at any of our retail locations.
