Can I exchange my ZVV annual NetworkPass if I find I need different zones?
Yes. If you buy an annual travelcard for other zones, you will be given a pro-rata refund for the annual travelcard that you have only partly used. The annual price is divided by the number of days in the year and multiplied by the number of unused days; the resulting amount is deducted from the price of your new travelcard (no fee is charged for this service). One important limitation, however, is that you are only permitted to return the original travelcard, not one that has already been replaced.Top of page.
