Can I exchange my season tickets for wheelchair accessible seating to a particular game?
Yes. If you know in advance that you are going to need wheelchair accessible seating, you may call your Account Executive and have he/she check the ticket availability and reserve the seats over the phone. You must then mail in your season tickets for that particular game to serve as payment for the wheelchair accessible seats. Should you choose to purchase a more expensive wheelchair accessible seating location, you are responsible for paying the difference between your season tickets and the wheelchair accessible location. Payment can be submitted over the phone with your Account Executive or by mailing cash, check or credit card information. You may also bring your season tickets to the ticket windows on 8th Street and exchange them for a wheelchair accessible location. All exchanges are based on availability.
