Can I exchange my Hair Extensions if they are the wrong colour?
A. Sorry…as Hair Extensions are classed as a “human product” Health Department regulations restrict us from accepting returns of hair extensions. If you are unsure of colour please request samples which we are more than happy to send out before purchase to ensure you choose the right colour. If you have already purchased hair extensions and find that the colour is not correct we will exchange but not return. Exchanges are only possible if the product has NOT been removed from the packaging or altered in any way.
