Can I exchange a faulty item by visiting a WOW Sight and Sound Store?
Our eCommerce warehouse has been setup in a fashion that allows us to operate in forward and reverse logistics, ensuring that your returns are processed in a fast and accurate fashion. If you have followed the guidelines as detailed above and you require replacement, you can log a return request online via the My Account page (click on previous orders and select the order you wish to return). At the bottom of the page you will find a link to submit and Return Materials Authorisation – RMA). If your RMA is approved, we will issue you with a reference number and we will advise you of our return address. Simply send the product back to us and we will take care of the rest.* When sending products back to us, please ensure that you allow for adequate protection of the product during transit. We strongly suggest that you retain the original packaging for this purpose. * WOW online will accept returns for products where they are Faulty or Damaged.
