Can I exchange a faulty item by visiting a WOW Sight and Sound Store?
Our eCommerce warehouse has been setup in a fashion that allows us to operate in forward and reverse logistics, ensuring that your returns are processed in a fast and accurate fashion. If you have followed the guidelines as detailed above and you require replacement, you can log a return request online via the My Account page (click on previous orders and select the order you wish to return). At the bottom of the page you will find a link to submit and Return Materials Authorisation – RMA). If your RMA is approved, we will issue you with a reference number and we will advise you of our return address. Simply send the product back to us and we will take care of the rest.* When sending products back to us, please ensure that you allow for adequate protection of the product during transit.
