Can I enter survey notes into a job that was entered using Plotted Cross Sections?
Yes. You can plot cross sections, enter survey notes, use Input Area or import from an .RDS file all into one job file. Select Edit, Entry Method to switch between Plotted Cross Sections and Survey Notes. Select Enter, Input Area to enter end area square feet information. Select Job, Import .RDS to bring in a file from an outside source, such as the State DOT. Remember, the program does not allow duplicate station numbers. You must be sure the current job and the job you are importing do not duplicate station numbers.
